Emotional Elegance

An intimate group for women focusing on cultivating emotional steadiness, clarity and self-understanding.

Most of us were never taught how to relate to our inner world. We learned to manage, suppress, push through or perform. And it works, until it doesn't.

“Emotional Elegance” is a small, structured group for women who want to develop a more intelligent and grounded relationship with their emotions. Not just for processing or venting, but learning. Understanding the patterns that drive how you feel and respond, and developing practical tools to change them.

The work is grounded in clinical psychology and informed by contemplative practice. Facilitated by Dr. Romi Ran, Oxford-trained Clinical Psychologist.

 What the group is

A small closed group of women. We meet twice a month for 1.5hours over three months. Each session follows a structured format: a short teaching, guided reflection, moderated discussion and a closing practice. The tone is calm, intelligent and purposeful. Topics include emotional regulation, self-criticism, boundaries, relationships and the patterns that keep us stuck despite knowing better. This is not therapy. It is psychoeducation in a contained, high-quality group setting that achieves real change. Homework practices and techaniues are offered for between sessions

Who this is for?
Women who are self-aware, motivated and ready to do real work. You don't need to be in crisis -  this group works best for women who are functioning well but sense there is more available to them.
